How to check your name in the PMAY list?


Introduced in 2015, the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana has facilitated more than 1.53 crore homes as per a survey in February 2019. This government-initiated subsidy scheme acknowledges home buyers in meeting their housing demands with the help of the Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme.

If you are an applicant, you can verify your name in the online PM Awas Yojana list.
How to check your name in the PMAY beneficiary list?
You can verify your name in the PMAY list by considering the following method –
For PMAY Gramin list
Rural list without registration number -
  1. Visit PMAY Gramin’s official website and click on the ‘Advanced Search’ option.
  2. Enter all necessary details regarding your property such as applicant name, name of the block, state, sanction ID, etc. and click on ‘Search’.
  3. Your name will be displayed on the screen, if you are included in the PMAY list
Rural list with registration number -
  1. Visit PMAY Gramin’s official website and search with your registration number.
  2. If you are included in the PMAY beneficiary list, your name will be displayed on the screen.
For PMAY Urban list
  1. Visit PMAY Urban’s official website and navigate to the ‘Select Beneficiary’ option.
  2. Click on the ‘Search by Name’ option from the drop-down menu and you will be redirected to another page.
  3. Enter your Aadhaar number and Click on ‘Show’ to check your name on the PMAY list.
By following this method, you can check your name on the beneficiary list after availing a home loan under the PMAY housing scheme.
