You can register under Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority by following these steps –
  • Visit the official website of RERA Maharashtra and click on ‘New Registration.’
  • Once you are redirected to a new page, you need to select among the several options, such as citizen, agent, and promoter, under the ‘User Type’ drop-down menu.
  • Next, provide necessary information as per your ‘User Type’ selection.
  • Verify your email ID to activate your online account in this web portal.

For an agent
  • KYC Documents such as PAN card, Aadhaar card, etc.
  • Particulars of registration.
  • Memorandum of association.

  • Legal title report.
